A while ago I shared 10 Beauty Sins, so I thought it fitting that I follow-up with 10 Good Beauty Habits that can be added very easily to our existing beauty routines.
1. Stay hydrated- Drink plenty of water.
2. Beauty sleep - Try to get at least 8hrs per night.
3. Remove makeup every night.
4. Develop a basic skin care regime for both day and night.
5. Exfoliate at least once a week. (face, lips and body)
6. Wear SPF daily, either in your makeup or moisturizer.
7.Remove chipped nail polish. (chipped nails are so NOT cute)
8. Keep nails and hands moisturized.
9. Clean makeup brushes weekly.
10.Declutter your makeup collections and toss expired makeup.
