Hello Gals!
A while ago I shared 10 Beauty Sins, so I thought it fitting that I follow-up with 10 Good Beauty Habits that can be added very easily to our existing beauty routines.
1. Stay hydrated- Drink plenty of water.
2. Beauty sleep - Try to get at least 8hrs per night.
3. Remove makeup every night.
4. Develop a basic skin care regime for both day and night.
5. Exfoliate at least once a week. (face, lips and body)
6. Wear SPF daily, either in your makeup or moisturizer.
7.Remove chipped nail polish. (chipped nails are so NOT cute)
8. Keep nails and hands moisturized.
9. Clean makeup brushes weekly.
10.Declutter your makeup collections and toss expired makeup.

Drinking water and a good nights sleep is important. Although I drink enough water, I don't often get enough sleep, something I need to work on :)

Great tips I always remove my makeup and drink plenty of water also clean my makeup brushes every Sunday evening.

These are some great tips. The makeup brush one is painful for me...I don't do it often enough AT ALL. I wish there was a washing machine for brushes!

I am terrible with drinking water and wearing spf, for some reason these are the two things that I keep forgetting. But I am doing good at the others so that means something right? LOL!

I'm glad I'm already some of these as part of my routine! I'm probably bad at decluttering my make-up collection. lol It's so hard to let go of products!

I'm pretty good at all of them except #8! I moisturize my face, body and lips really well but for some reason I always forget my hands...

ReplyDeleteOh my gosh Keisha I didn't know you have to exfoliate your body too! Is there a special soap? I need to work on developing a basic skin care regime for both day and night and exfoliate weekly. Thanks for the great tips!
